Gulliver's Travels Movie in 2010

Actor Jack Black is likely to have his arms and legs tightly fastened to the ground for his role as Gulliver in the upcoming movie Gulliver's Travels, a new big-screen version of the classic Jonathan Swift satire of the same name. The film is directed by Rob Letterman, and along Jack Black, it is starring Emily Blunt, Jason Segel, and Amanda Peet.

Here below a few pictures from the movie set of Gulliver's Travels:

Plot:
"Lemuel Gulliver, a free-spirited travel writer who, on an assignment to the Bermuda Triangle, suddenly finds himself a giant among men when he washes ashore on the hidden island of Liliput, home to a population of industrious, yet tiny, people."

I think Jack Black is the perfect actor to interpret the role of Gulliver: he will bring a breath of fresh air to the character! And his natural humor will fit well in this satire.

The movie Gulliver's Travel will come to theaters on December 22, 2010.
